Floral still life so wonderfully allows for some nice juicy saturated color that's usually less common in landscape work. While I'm exploring this floral work, Before I painted this piece, I used the copper vase in several other attempts (some of which got trashed), and I noticed that the copper vase was my favorite part of each of those attempts. So in this one, I decided to feature it more prominently.
